Title: Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Implications on National Security, Public Safety, and Government Transparency.
Place: 2154 Rayburn.
Witnesses: Ryan Graves (Americans for Safe Aerospace); David Grusch (former NRO representative to UAPTF, as titled); Cmdr. David Fravor, USN (Ret.).
Graves and Fravor emphasized pilot reporting stigma and aviation safety. Fravor recounted the 2004 Nimitz “Tic Tac” encounter. Grusch alleged multi-decade crash-retrieval and non-human biologics based on interviews with people he said had direct knowledge — second-hand for the public even when delivered under oath. This hearing continued transparency pressure and mixed firsthand naval/NASA-adjacent perspectives with journalism and former DoD-official narratives.
